    Section 7 Embedding of product videos

    You can watch videos about our product series on our website. To embed videos on our website, we use the provider Youtube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (called “YouTube” in the following). YouTube is represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
    We have embedded the video in YouTube’s extended data protection mode. This blocks YouTube cookies from being placed until there is an active click to play the content. By clicking on the play button, you are granting your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR for YouTube to place cookies on the device you are using which may also serve the analysis of user behavior for market research and marketing purposes by Google. A connection to the “DoubleClick” advertising network from Google is established. With this, your IP address, the date, and the time, as well as the Internet page you are visiting are transmitted to YouTube when you click on the video and YouTube learns that you have watched the video. If you are logged into YouTube during this process, this information is also assigned to your user account. If you would like to prevent this information from being assigned, you must log out of YouTube before calling up the video.

    Section 8 Contract processing

    We are delighted to provide you with the opportunity of purchasing our products on the website. For this, you simply have to transmit your personal data to us and we have to use cookies (see Section 5) to process the content of your shopping cart. This data is exclusively processed for the purposes of contract processing in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR. It is not possible to conclude or process the contract without the provision of your data. We will erase your personal data as soon as contract processing has been completed.     For payment purposes, you can choose between different payment methods. If you have selected the payment method “PayPal via PayPal,” “Sepa direct debit via PayPal,” “giropay via PayPal,” “Immediate payment via PayPal,” “Debit or credit card via PayPal,” or “PayPal invoice,” your personal data that we have gathered during the order will be transmitted to the company PayPal (Europe) S.à r. l. et Cie, S.     Section 10 Customer account/Registration function / Reviews

    We are delighted to be able to offer you the option of creating a customer account via our webshop. The personal data provided by you during registration (salutation, first name, surname, street, house number, ZIP code, city, country, e-mail address, and password) are only processed for pre-contractual services, for contract performance, or for the purposes of customer care. Personal data, including IP address, date, time and page visited, is gathered and processed on the respective page of the networks.
